In what ways would the server benefit from having you as a moderator ? I would ban those being unruly. I also am very experienced
What do you think your duties would be as a moderator ? My duties would be to ban unruly players, and set order in the server if there is a problem. If there is an argument I will try to stop it.

As a mod, you see what you believe is a new player enter the server. What do you do? I welcome them to the server and ask if they need any help
As a mod, you have been informed that there may have been some griefing What do you do? Well since it is a PvP grief server, nothing. If it weren't I would try to find out who the griefer is, and ban him.
As a mod, you see someone building a 2D wool Mario in town. What do you do?
Let them build it, of course! There is no rule against it
As a mod, you suspect someone has been duplicating items. What do you do? *
I find out who the suspected player is, confiscate the items, and then ban them.
As a mod, you see two players exchanging heated, serious, words with each other. What do you do? Kick them both as a warning. Then if they continue, I will tempban them both for 5 minutes. If they continue another tempban for 24hours. If it starts again, I will ban them from the server.
Important: Being a mod isn't about power. It's about responsibility. Stopping what you're doing and helping others, solving problems, watching suspicious behavior. It changes the very core of the game you are playing.
